Congratulation! Must also be said to all my Elite athlete’s for their recognition of Proteas colours at the Awards evening hosted by Karate South Africa on the 15th July 2016.

It was a lovely event with entertainment, supper and handing out awards in the form of trophies for 2015/2016 proteas and KSA representation.

Lastly a special thanks must go to all members of 4Ways Dojo that permanently make an effort to be at a KSA event at their own cost to help out were necessary.

Sensei Alfredo Ruocchio for his Refereeing Skills. Jacquie Bayne for all her hard work as GKF Manager and Ekurhuleni Secretary etc.
